Everyone Is Welcome at Our Practice

We are proud to be a Safe Surgery. This means we believe everyone has the right to access healthcare, regardless of their immigration status, documentation, or personal circumstances.

You Do Not Need:

Proof of address
Proof of ID
Immigration documents
A fixed place to live

These are not required to register with a GP.

What We Will Ask For

To help us provide safe and effective care, we may ask for some information about you — but if you cannot provide documents, we will still register you.

Your Information Is Confidential

We will never share your personal information with the Home Office or any other authorities for immigration purposes. Your details are confidential and used only for your healthcare.

If you live within our practice area you are welcome to register with us.

Our Practice area covers Hackenthorpe, Owlthorpe, parts of Beighton, Sothall, Mosborough, Halfway, Waterthorpe, Frecheville and Westfield.

Alternatively you may print off a registration form, fill it out and bring it in with you on your first visit to the practice.

Everyone in the UK has the right to free care from a GP. If you don’t have proof of Identity or address, you can still register. Immigration status or nationality don’t matter – reception won’t ask for immigration documents and won’t share your information with the Home Office unless serious crime is involved.
