With patients’ needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.

If you need to speak to someone and the building is closed, please telephone the Practice on 0114 2633500 where your call will be diverted to our out of hours provider.

On-Line Access:

Health Problem Requests – Our aim is to have all health problem requests open during core hours, however this will depend on clinical capacity and daily demand. When we reach safe capacity this will be suspended until 8.00am the following working day.

If you require a home visit, please ensure this is submitted before 10.30am. Visits requested after 10.30am will be triaged the following day unless deemed clinically urgent.

If you submit a health problem request, this will be read/triaged by a clinician that day. You may get a telephone call or text message at any point throughout the day. Please ensure you are contactable on the day your request is submitted.

Please contact Reception for any Urgent requests if our online consultation form is not available.

Non-urgent appointment requests, medication queries and admin requests can be submitted between 8.00am to 6:30pm Monday-Friday. Your request will be dealt with within 1 working day.

Out Of Hours:-

You can call 111 for less urgent issues which is available 24hrs a day 7 days a week, or
Visit the Walk-In Centre, Rockingham House, 75 Broad Lane, Sheffield, S1 3PB between 8.00am – 10.00pm
