Mondays are consistently our busiest day at the practice.
Last Monday alone, we received 337 online requests.
Every request is carefully triaged by our on-call GP, supported by our Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) and Reception team, to ensure patients receive the right care as quickly as possible.
If your request is not urgent, we kindly ask you to consider submitting this later in the week. This helps us prioritise those who need urgent care and improves response times for everyone.
