Update on Owlthorpe Site  1.7.26

Following the water leak at our Owlthorpe site on 20th April, we wanted to provide an update on the progress being made.

Since the incident, we have been working closely with our insurance company and have spent a considerable amount of time ensuring the building has been thoroughly dried out to prevent any further damage. We are pleased to confirm that approval has now been received for the necessary repair works to begin.

The repairs will include the replacement of damaged ceilings and carpets, along with other remedial works required to restore the building. We have been in contact with a number of contractors and tradespeople to arrange for this work to be completed as quickly as possible.

While we are unable to provide a definite reopening date at this stage, we are hopeful that the Owlthorpe site will reopen as soon as the repair work has been completed. We appreciate your patience and understanding while these essential works are carried out.

In the meantime, services will continue to operate from our Hackenthorpe site, and we will keep patients informed of any further developments.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our patients and the wider community for the many kind words, messages of support and understanding we have received during this challenging time. Your patience and encouragement have been greatly appreciated by all our staff.

OWLTHORPE CLOSED DUE TO WATER LEAK 

Update: 24.4.26

Unfortunately, due to the significant water damage at our Owlthorpe site  following a water leak at the weekend, we are unable to open the site.

Therefore, the Owlthorpe site will remain closed until further notice.  We are in close contact with our landlords and insurance company in the hope that this will be sorted as soon as possible.

All appointments will be moved to our Hackenthorpe site, patients who are affected by this will be notified individually.
