A Faster, Easier Way to Contact Us
We would like to remind you that you can contact The Thorpe Practice by using our online consultation tool. This service allows you to:
- Request medical advice
- Request repeat prescriptions or sick notes
- Routine medical care eg Long Term Condition reviews
You can submit a form at any time between 8am – 6.30pm.
Urgent Medical requests, including Home Visit requests, MUST be submitted before 12pm to allow us to manage you safely. If you have an urgent request after 12pm please contact us by telephone.
Our clinical team will review your request and respond within 1 working day. This helps us manage demand, reduces waiting times, and ensures you get the right help as quickly as possible.
