If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel, please complete a pre travel questionnaire, which you can collect from Reception or by completing an online form. If you require any vaccinations, one of our team will contact you to make an appointment with the Practice Nurse.
This will include which countries and areas within countries that you are visiting to determine what vaccinations are required.
There is further information about countries and vaccinations required on the links below
| Europe & Russia | North America |
| Central America | South America |
| Caribbean | Africa |
| Middle East | Central Asia |
| East Asia | Australasia and Pacific |
It is important to complete a pre travel questionnaire as early as possible as the vaccines will need to be given at least 6 weeks before you travel. If possible see the Nurse or a private travel clinic at least 6-8 weeks before you’re due to travel. Some vaccines need to be given well in advance to allow your body to develop immunity. Some vaccines involve a number of doses spread over several weeks or months.
These vaccines have to be ordered as they are not a stock vaccine.
If the vaccine you need is not an NHS vaccine, patients will need to locate a private service for this.
