Complaints Policy

If you wish to raise a concern, comment, or complaint, this can be done either verbally or via a letter or email (syicb-sheffield.thethorpepractice@nhs.net).  Your views are welcome as we are constantly seeking to improve the standard and range of care we offer.  Any grievances will be treated in confidence and acknowledged within 48 hours.  Your concerns will be investigated and a response will follow.   If you are still unhappy or feel you cannot discuss the matter with us directly you can can raise your concerns via:
