Crossroads – Sheffield Carers

Sheffield Carers Centre | Sheffield

A support service funded or partially funded by Sheffield City Council.

Referral reason: To help any adult who is an unpaid carer.

A carer is someone who provides support – practical and/or emotional – to an adult or child with an illness, disability, frailty, mental health problems or substance misuse issues.

Sheffield Mental Health Carers

Sheffield Carers Service provides support, information and advice for adults who provide unpaid care for family and friends who are disabled, ill, frail, have mental health problems or addiction issues. Carers might be caring for more than one person, and doing so for varying amounts of time.

Sheffield Carers Service was previously known as the Sheffield Carers Centre, and became part of Crossroads Care Charity in 2026.
